I am an ILM/City & Guilds certified Executive and Senior Leader Coach and Mentor, working Mother and seasoned International Chief Legal Officer with over 30 years of experience across several industries, geographies, and global brands (Google, British Gas, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Expedia, and Comcast).  Additionally, I served as a Trustee of the National Literacy Trust for 6 years.

Throughout my career, what has brought me the most satisfaction and pride is the high-calibre teams I have built across multiple regions. It has been wonderful to see the exciting career moves individual team members have made – whether across continents or to senior roles within legal teams or businesses.  I became interested in how transformative good coaching and mentoring can be, helping individuals and companies navigate difficult issues and unlock potential.
