We have a superb opportunity for an experienced Employment lawyer to work at the cutting edge of culture, media, and innovation.
We are looking for an experienced Employment Legal Counsel to join our client’s international Legal & Policy team on a 10-month fixed-term basis.
Based in Central London, you will partner directly with C-suite leaders and the global HR community to support employment law, pensions, immigration, and compliance across our client’s international markets.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the lead for all non-US employment legal matters.
- Advise senior leadership on high-impact HR issues, including sensitive employee relations and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee employment contracts, consultation processes, workforce representation matters, and litigation.
- Provide strategic cross-border legal guidance to support business goals.
- Partner closely with HR, the Chief People Officer, and outside counsel globally.
- Manage legal compliance for diversity and inclusion initiatives, whistleblowing, and immigration matters.
- Contribute to legal operations strategy and risk reporting to senior leadership and the Board.
What You Bring:
- UK and/or EU legal qualification.
- Substantial international employment law experience in-house or with a global business.
- Expertise in litigation, investigations, workforce representation, and compliance programs.
- Familiarity with global mobility, pensions, and regulatory frameworks.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to engage confidently with executive-level stakeholders.
