Our client are an independent music agency representing a diverse roster of artists. Booking shows and festivals for international and domestic talent, they prioritise a culture of inclusivity, sustainability, excellence and above all a love for music.
They are seeking a Contracts Assistant to provide contracting and general admin support to the agents and booking team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Issuing terms of business for new clients
- Issuing contracts for live performances
- Liaising with finance team to generate invoices and chase deposits/ payments
- Communicating with promoters, venues and managers regarding costings and settlements
The Ideal Candidate will have 2 years of experience in a contracting or agency role within music, excellent attention to detail, communication skills and confidence working across a broad range of domestic and international deals.
