The Firm
A highly regarded, boutique commercial law firm is seeking a bright and motivated Paralegal to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a portfolio of well-known British and global fashion, food, and beverage brands, operating in a model that blends the best of in-house and private practice. The firm operates as an “outsourced General Counsel” for its clients, meaning you’ll gain direct exposure to clients and decision-making far earlier than in a traditional law firm environment, which will include working on-site at the clients' offices as standard

The Role
You’ll work closely with a supportive team of excellent lawyers, gaining hands-on experience across a broad mix of:

• Commercial contracts
• Intellectual property and branding matters
• Elements of competition and international work

This is not a back-office paralegal role — you’ll be encouraged to take ownership, contribute proactively, and build strongh client relationships from day one.

About You

• 6–12 months’ experience in a paralegal/non-qualified role in the UK, private practice or in-house - this is a MUST HAVE
• Experience includes commercial contracts and/or IP matters - this is a MUST HAVE
• Organised, proactive, detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach
• A “can do” attitude — someone who takes ownership and shows initiative

This role will suit someone who is ambitious, commercially minded, and ready to step up quickly in a dynamic environment. 

Working Pattern

• Hybrid model:
  • Office: Wednesday & Thursday (core days)
  • Optional office day: Friday
  • Monday & Tuesday: WFH or client sites
