Following a legal career at Clifford Chance, I transitioned into recruitment in 1999, combining what I loved about being a lawyer (connecting with people and helping them achieve a positive outcome) with a vocation.
Having spent several years establishing and leading teams at other recruitment companies, I founded Kinsella Legal in 2010, with a vision of supporting clients and candidates in their recruitment and strategic goals.
I work with a diverse client and candidate base, including law firms, FTSE 100 and 250 clients and start-ups. I have specific expertise advising at senior and executive level legal and business affairs recruitment across the TMT sector, and there are very few people in the media industry that I haven’t worked with!
We partner with our clients and candidates in an intelligent, informed and collaborative way and always with integrity.
