After a career as a lawyer at Clifford Chance, I wanted to change direction but remain linked to the legal world. This led me to a career in legal recruitment, which began over 20 years ago.

I established Kinsella Legal with a view to providing a high quality, accessible and integral resourcing service to the legal industry.

Kinsella Legal has grown extensively through recommendations and referrals. I have a particular focus on the TMT industry but I also recruit for the FTSE 100 and 250 companies, as well as start – ups and financial institutions.

I remain passionate about building and developing long-term strategic relationships with clients and candidates; and I’m very fortunate to have the best people in the industry to help me do this!
