Clients and candidates come to me for advice, guidance and ultimately a solution. I have built my reputation on finding them the right one(s).
After a career as a lawyer at Clifford Chance, I wanted to change direction but remain linked to the legal world. After some guidance from friends and colleagues, I started my recruitment career in 1999. I worked initially for a large and then for a more boutique legal consultancy, latterly to establish an in-house division. This gave me great perspective on the legal market and what mattered to clients, candidates and to me. In 2010, I established Kinsella Legal with a view to providing a high quality, accessible and integral resourcing service to the legal industry.

Kinsella Legal has grown extensively through recommendations and referrals. I have run numerous exclusively retained searches and assignments and managed a large number of high-profile ad campaigns for a cross-section of clients in commerce and industry. I have a particular focus on the TMT industry but I also recruit for the FTSE 100 and 250 companies, as well as start – ups and financial institutions.

I remain passionate about building and developing long-term strategic relationships with clients and candidates; and I’m very fortunate to have the best people in the industry to help me do this!
