I am a strong believer that our job shouldn’t be “just a job”.

We spend such a large part of our life at work, that our choice of career and employer has to reflect who we want to be. Since working as a recruitment consultant, I have felt so honoured and excited to be able to facilitate and support a candidate’s transition from one role to another or to support a client in growing their team. When I met everyone at Kinsella Legal, I realised that there was a great fit in terms of how we  want to represent our clients and candidates. We share the same values- to  work with integrity, honesty and compassion-  helping both clients and candidates to get the right outcome for them and to be seen as a trusted and valuable partner.
