We are working with a leading global media content business. Partnering with many top international brands, they promote new launches and products.
We are recruiting a commercial lawyer to join the team to advise on a wide range of matters pertaining to media, intellectual property, and advertising.
The role is varied focusing on a broad range of marketing and branding deals: you will work on general commercial contracts with suppliers, clients, logistics and subcontracting partners as well as some IP and DP matters.
We are looking for solid experience in commercial contracts and previous in-house experience is ideal but not required.
Knowledge of retail, marketing, creative, media or advertising sectors will be helpful.
Personality and cultural fit will be key: you will be a good communicator and able to form good relationships with creative and process driven colleagues alike.
