We are looking for a talented lawyer to join a boutique fashion & retail firm. You will work in a quasi-inhouse capacity closely with well-known and high-end brands mainly across fashion and sports.
We are looking for lawyers with c. 1-3 years' PQE, a good grounding in commercial contracts and commercial IP and ideally some previous in-house experience/secondment. Personality and cultural fit will be super important and we are looking for flexible, committed and personable team players, passionate about fashion, brands and retail.
You will develop your expertise in areas such as e-commerce, distribution, franchising, licensing, brand/influencer collaborations, marketing, IP management, consumer support, compliance and data/privacy. You will be expected to provide advice that combines legal expertise with business acumen and practical common sense. The firm is particularly supportive and very mindful of the ongoing training and development of its lawyers.
This unique opportunity is the perfect stepping stone in-house for private practice lawyers, or in-house lawyers who want the best possible exposure to the retail & fashion sector.
