We are working with one of the biggest brands in publishing and entertainment who are recruiting an experienced lawyer to cover maternity leave. This is a “Strong Number 2” role and we are looking for a great mid/senior level lawyer to start in early September 2022.
The remit is broad and the diversity of the work impressive: the successful candidate will cover a range of advisory and commercial contracts related work. The emphasis will be on commercial contracts drafting and negotiating (including licensing, advertising, sales, events, sponsorship, services, supply, IT/IP etc). A background in the wider media sector (including areas such as publishing and radio), IP or advertising will be very beneficial: varied experience plus being prepared to turn your hand to anything will be key!
This is a busy, ambitious team of 7 and you will be a genuine team player, while enjoying a good work/life balance and very sociable core hours. The Legal team sits together and works closely with the Executive team. Hybrid working is the norm, with 2 days/week in the office.
