Our client is a much loved international television studio which has successfully grown an international format production and distribution business, headquartered in London.
The international Consumer Products team, based in Central London, looks after the consumer product and digital licensing for a number of our clients visions (Film, TV, Sport and News to name a few).
We are assisting in the recruitment of a lawyer with some intellectual property licensing and/or film, television or media production legal experience to join the business on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Director – Business & Legal Affairs, you will be part of the team responsible for providing business and legal support for brand development, consumer products & publishing across EMEA.
A sample of your responsibilities will include:
- Advising and coordinate with sales, marketing, product development, and creative executives at all levels
- Drafting, managing and negotiating a high volume of licensing agreements and the like associated with the manufacturing, distribution and marketing of toys, apparel, books and other consumer goods.
We would love to hear from any commercial lawyers with demonstrable intellectual property licensing and/or film, television or media production legal experience.
