WHAT YOU’LL DO

Reporting to the GC, you will advise the business on both corporate (mainly) and core commercial activities across the London and international locations. Your remit may include:

* Support with corporate transactions involving funding rounds, acquisitions and exit opportunities

* Managing corporate matters and regulatory compliance particularly in relation to ESG matters

* Acting as a business partner to internal and external stakeholders particularly supporting with the end-to-end process relating to commercial agreements

* Support with identifying legal risks across the business

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

In order to be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following experience:

* C. 2-5 years’ PQE

* Training and experience at a well-regarded City law firm or in-house team

* Experience in corporate transactional work or ECM is a must

* Experience of commercial contract matters, IP, IT and Data Protection will be helpful to have, but can be developed in role

* Strong relationship building and initiative to take on projects

* The ability to thrive in a flexible and entrepreneurial environment
