Our global entertainment client comprises many of the world’s most popular and iconic entertainment brands.
 
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Legal Counsel to join the Consumer Products, EMEA Legal & Business Affairs team.

As a key member of the team, you will provide legal support to a range of European creative teams, with a focus on consumer product licensing agreements, retail/marketing campaigns, design/asset creation and other services arrangements. 

Your remit will include the licensing, distribution, promotion, and marketing of toys, apparel, books and other consumer goods.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with solid experience in negotiating and drafting a range of commercial agreements as well as a strong understanding of IP law, ideally within a global entertainment studio or a multinational toy, FMCG or media company handling inbound or outbound licensing matters. Previous in-house experience is preferred but not essential.
