NQ (OR EQUIVALENT LEGAL & BA EXPERIENCE)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Affairs Manager to join a dynamic legal team supporting top talent in television, film, and theatre.
In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to review and negotiate commercial contracts, provide expert legal and business affairs advice, and contribute to a range of acting, writing, directing, and producing deals.
You will also have the chance to support branding and endorsement agreements, as well as procurement contracts with suppliers.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive legal professional—whether you’re an NQ+ solicitor or have relevant business and legal affairs equivalent experience —with a strong foundation in contract negotiation.
Prior media experience is a plus, but not essential if you have a keen interest in the industry and the ability to transfer your commercial legal knowledge.
You Will Need:
- Experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
- Strong contract drafting skills, including the ability to adapt templates and adjust commercial terms
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, commercial mindset
- Confidence in negotiating, advising on legal matters, and problem-solving creatively
- A personable and accessible communication style, with the ability to work with professionals at all levels
