We are looking for a talented Commercial IP lawyer to join the legal team of one of the most loved fashion brands in the world. The role will have a broad IP remit, focussing on Commercial Contracts on a global basis, where IP tends to be a major consideration.

You are likely to have between c. 1-4 years’ PQE in either private practice or in-house and relevant experience as an Associate/Legal Counsel in an IP or Commercial TMT team. You will be passionate about soft IP, brands and consumer matters and have a good grounding in commercial contracts and commercial IP. Consumer industry and marketing related contracts and advisory experience will be very useful. The focus of this role will be on commercial contracting (and not litigation or TM/brand protection).
