The legal team is known for its collaborative and supportive working environment, which makes it a highly sought after place to be. The team is friendly and close knit and works mainly remotely.

The core focus of the role will be B2B customer and supplier contracts such as sales and procurement agreements, SAAS agreements, statements of work, change requests, arrangement letters, subcontracts, NDAs etc. There may be some opportunities to get involved in other matters such as corporate, litigation, data protection, HR issues, but experience in those areas is not required. This is a global business and candidates will need to be comfortable participating in projects originating outside the UK, particularly in Europe and APAC region (with input from external counsel as necessary).

The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with c. 2-3 years' PQE in commercial contract law, though more senior lawyers who would like to work remotely and enjoy the flexibility of a fixed term contract are also welcome to apply. The role can also be carried out on a 5 days over 4 days basis.
