Coaching can be many things depending on what you need but it isn’t “giving you the answer”. It’s a safe space where we can explore motivation, direction, blocks and mindsets together, as well as work out perhaps why things aren’t working the way you’d like them to. Interview performance, promotion, switching tracks as well as team dynamics and interpersonal challenges. Or simply “what next?”.
